Spanning 55 acres, the century-old Butchart Gardens explodes into vibrant colors every spring. coming out soon, Dino Lab Inc. is the perfect place for a hands-on experience with fossils. In addition to tours of a private fossil gallery, visitors will also get an inside look at a fossil prep lab. Guests can even try their own hands at preparing real fossils with tools.

Take part in this exciting, interactive escape room. Featuring both indoor and outdoor escape games, guests can choose from four indoor escape rooms — Sorcerer’s Lair, Secrets of the Great Pyramid, Rosewood Manor and Abduction. Outside, guests can join in Cluetivity, a treasure hunt through downtown Victoria. In this hunt, guests utilize GPS-Geochaching and augmented reality.
Enjoy the views along the water with walks along Fisherman’s Wharf, Sidney’s Waterfront Walkway and The Inner Harbour. Enjoy ice cream from Jackson’s Ice Cream while strolling along the coast.

Teach kids about the importance of protecting bees at The Country Bee Honey Farm. Not only will visitors learn about the role bees play in our world, but they will also learn about how they can help the bees. Visitors will also have the chance to feed farm-raised livestock, taste premium honey and witness live beehives.
Coined “The Greatest Little Show on Earth!,” Miniature World features almost 100 little attractions. From King Arthur’s Camelot to the World’s Smallest Operational Sawmill to The World of Doll Houses, visitors can experience the many models depicting various landmarks and scenes.
Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea
As the only aquarium in southern Vancouver Island, the Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea welcomes guests to explore the more than 160 live marine species on display. With 28 aquarium habitats, visitors will witness all kinds of sea life, from wolf eels to a giant Pacific Octopus to sea stars. The aquarium also features a hands-on Touch Pool to give visitors a closer look at marine life.

Take part in aerial adventures at Wildplay Element Parks and experience the thrills of the park’s many activities. Visitors can choose to zip line through Victoria’s tree tops, embark on the wobbly bridges and take on the rope swings. The park also features a kids adventure course, axe throwing and a bungy jump.
Enjoy the more than 180 acres of parkland with walks through trails and activities like tennis and lawn bowling. At the farm, visitors can interact with the many farm animals.
Spend time at Victoria’s premiere indoor Trampoline Adventure Park. On Fridays and Saturdays, the park lights up in its Neon Lights event, where guests can turn on laser lighting and black lights.
