Take your family travel to “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” Walt Disney World. Although there is plenty to do in the four parks at all times, EPCOT offers some can’t-miss festivals throughout the year.

Festival of the Arts

If you happen to find yourself in Disney before Feb. 19, make sure to check out Festival of the Arts. Tap into your creative side as you wander through a park filled with live entertainment, unique photo opportunities, art installations, delicious dishes and drinks, and chances to try your hand at your own art projects. Guests can collaborate with other guests at the Expression Section: Paint by Numbers Mural. Pick up a paint brush, find your assigned number and add your flare to a few squares of the massive mural. Let the kids get creative with chalk at the World Showcase Plaza Bridge or attend the Animation Academy and learn how to draw your favorite Disney characters.

International Flower & Garden Festival

Spring is in bloom at the International Flower & Garden Festival. EPCOT becomes an array of colors thanks to a variety of different flower beds and installations scattered throughout the park. Marvel at the stunning topiaries of beloved animals and Disney characters cultivated with care by Disney horticulturists. Travelers can see characters such as Huey, Dewey and Louie, Donald Duck, Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy, Buzz Lightyear, Winnie the Pooh, and more. Wander through dazzling flowerbeds, exotic gardens and learn more about sustainability and ways we can live in harmony with the natural world. Enjoy live entertainment during the Garden Rocks Concert series with appearances from Rick Springfield, The Pointer Sisters, Plain White T’s, Simple Plan and more.

International Food & Wine Festival

One of the most popular festivals, the International Food & Wine Festival typically runs from July to November, although the official dates for 2024 have yet to be announced. Travelers can taste and drink their way around six different continents. Indulge in delicious delicacies from continents all over the world — you might just find your new favorite food or drink! Embark on a scavenger hunt and find all the hidden Remys (Ratatouille) around the World Showcase to earn a special prize. The Food & Wine festival also has a concert series, Eat to The Beat, which typically has some can’t-miss performances.
