Choose from a selection of sweet and savory sandwiches, scones and desserts presented on a stand with wildflower vines. The service grand finale features an edible, miniature replica of The Shard building filled with hazelnut praline, lemon jelly and mousse.
Shangri-La Tokyo’s tea service showcases the flavors of matcha tea. Delight in a selection of delicate cakes and pastries utilizing matcha.
