New youth programming for 2023 makes Amanyara, on an 18,000-acre nature reserve on Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, a great option for family travelers. The youth activity program, Science Explorers and Environmental Keepers Camps, in collaboration with Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in Miami, will take place 13 times this year, including over holiday weekends like spring break, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th and Thanksgiving.
SEEK Camps, focused on three themes of Coastal Conservation; Reef Rescue; and Sun, Moon and Stars, target children ages 5–10 and pre-teens and teens ages 11–14. The hands-on science activities and guided experiences include kayaking, snorkeling, soccer and tennis camps, water sports and more, inspiring a passion for the environment and conservation among a younger generation.
Here’s a look at other new programming coming to Amanyara in 2023:
Amanyara Legends
This program invites guests to learn and improve sporting skills through clinics with professional athletes, like Sam Querrey, an American tennis player, and Brian Scalabrine, a former basketball player.
Wellness at Amanyara
The resort expands its already robust wellness program by welcoming visiting practitioners and hosting mindfulness retreats. Be on the lookout for specialists like celebrity fitness trainer Don Saladino and Pilates pioneer Erika Bloom, and for multiday retreats throughout the year.
Culinary
In 2023, Amanyara welcomes back chef, author and TV personality Maneet Chauhan to showcase her Indian and South Asian cuisine in March, and visiting mixologist Valentino Longo brings his imaginative creations to the resort in February and March.
