Beyond Times Square offers family travelers an opportunity to experience Washington, D.C.’s, famed cherry blossom blooms this season. This year’s National Cherry Blossom Festival takes place March 20–April 16.
The Washington, D.C. Cherry Blossom Festival Private Pedicab Tour brings travelers throughout the city in a private pedicab, chauffeured by an expert guide/driver. This three-hour tour goes through popular sites including the National Mall area, Tidal Basin, Presidential Parade Route and Capitol building, with stops at hidden gem spots along the way. Guests may choose the starting location of the tour to fit their schedule, and the tour can be customized upon request.
“Washington, D.C. is the other main destination of Beyond Times Square apart from New York City,” said Joel Cohen, general manager, Beyond Times Square. “This year we are striving to develop more luxury, unique and private experiences for travelers within this destination and are excited to encourage travelers to explore DC in springtime when it is in full bloom.”
In addition to the cherry blossom tour, Beyond Time Square offers a variety of private and group experiences in Washington, D.C., including Washington, D.C. by Land & Sea Private Experience, Monuments by Night Private Bike Tour and Georgetown Food Tasting Private Walking Tour.

What does this mean for travelers wishing to explore by both land and sea? It means after flying to Portugal with TAP and experiencing the country in an entirely new way, travelers can then embark on scenic river and ocean cruises from Portugal’s port cities, or fly with TAP to another European destination.
