Carillon Miami Wellness Resort announced a new wellness experience highlighting an often-overlooked area of women’s health with its Inner Glow: A Menopause & Perimenopause Retreat. This retreat was crafted under the guidance of the team at the resort’s medical wellness center, the biostation. Blending diagnostic science with holistic wellness, the retreat aims to balance hormones, reduce symptoms and restore vitality.

The five-day retreat focuses on physical, mental and spiritual health through a personalized treatment plan. The experience begins with comprehensive diagnostic testing to determine a tailored plan for each woman. Participants can expect to receive a welcome gift, daily IV therapies, pharmaceutical-grade supplements, 60-minute vitamin D body treatment, two touchless wellness experiences, a $500 food and beverage credit, unlimited access to the 10,000-square-foot fitness center, access to more than 75 group fitness classes, and full use of the resort’s thermal hydrotherapy circuit.

“There is a growing demand for wellness retreats that support women’s health—especially as it relates to menopause and perimenopause,” said Tammy Pahel, vice president of spa & wellness operations, Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. “With 6,000 women in the U.S. entering menopause every day, according to the Society for Women’s Health Research, there’s a surprising lack of dedicated programs addressing its root causes. Most focus only on managing symptoms—we aim to go deeper by offering immediate relief, long-term solutions, and even reversing some of the side effects.”
Inner Glow pricing starts at $3,500 per person. Reservations will be available this summer.
