Already a buzzing spot for family travelers year-round, Gallagher Way in Wrigleyville, Chicago, goes even bigger this summer with a lineup of exciting activities.
Here’s what’s in store this summer:
Wiggleworms at Gallagher Way
Each Tuesday from May 13 to Sept. 10 at 10 a.m., Old Town School of Folk Music hosts 45-minute music programs, in which The Wiggleworms welcome young children and families to participate in an interactive music world. Expect music, shakers, bubbles, singing and dancing. Stick around after and enjoy coffee, snacks and more starting at 11 a.m.

Toyota Movie Nights
Movie nights return May 21 with a blend of new, family-friendly, popular and throwback movies. Sponsored by Toyota, this event will showcase 11 movies throughout the summer, each beginning at 7:30 p.m. Movies slated include Parent Trap, Inside Out 2, Wicked, Little Mermaid (2023), Hook and Moana 2. Food and drinks will also be available to purchase during each showing, but families are welcome to bring their own, as well.

Wrigleyville Night Market
In partnership with Common Goods Market, this night market returns May 29–Sept. 18, from 4 to 8 p.m. Peruse stalls selling specialty foods, crafts and artisanal goods. Each market also features live music and kid-friendly activities.
Wrigley Field and Gameday Events
Go to Gallagher Way for a pre-show party before every Wrigley Field concert for refreshments and additional live music. Taking the family to a Cubs game? Gallagher Way is open on game days, where the family can enjoy live music, pop-up experiences and visits from Clark the Cub.
