Italian travel company Tourissimo offers travelers a new culinary cycling experience in Sardinia for multigenerational family travel. The seven-day tour is hosted by award-winning celebrity chef Mary Sue Milliken, who co-authored five cookbooks and co-starred in Food Network’s Hot Tamales.

Sardinia is a designated Blue Zone, an area where people live longer and have healthier lifestyles rooted in generational traditions. Travelers will explore the cultural and historical aspects of the region on the tour.
