Family travelers, listen up: Six Flags New England debuts its newest ride in late spring 2023, Dino Off Road Adventure. A first-of-its-kind in New England, Dino Off Road Adventure features the latest in animatronic technology and innovation in an off-road adventure bringing riders face to face with life-sized dinosaurs, thematic elements, state-of-the-art sound, interactive Adventure Guides, educational components and more.
The dinosaurs include a Tyrannosaurus Rex, Dilophosauras, Maiasaura, Pachycephalosaur and more, with select dinos featuring realistic head, eye, tail and body movements. A safari-style vehicle drives along a track and holds two riders. In line, interactive QR codes bring an educational element to the wait, and travelers can enjoy dinosaur photo opportunities and themed specialty food and drink items.
“Family-fun is part of our DNA here at Six Flags New England and Dino Off Road Adventure delivers exceptional thrills for our youngest thrill seekers,” said Pete Carmichael, president, Six Flags New England. “Our guests will experience an adventure of prehistoric proportion as they step back in time and come face to face with life-size dinosaurs with larger than life effects and sound. Our Team is committed to creating exceptional experiences and the 2023 season promises to deliver for dinosaur lovers of all ages.”
Dino Off Road Adventure opens Memorial Day weekend, and passholders can experience the attraction prior its opening May 26.
