It’s no secret flying has become more expensive and less convenient in recent years. But as family travelers have found it more difficult and less enjoyable to travel by air, they haven’t given up on the importance of travel. As a result, luxury travel has seen a rise in popularity.
That’s where companies like Set Jet come in, offering travelers the chance to visit destinations without the hassle of large crowds, cramped airplanes and frustrating hidden fees. For prices comparable to first-class fares, passengers get to experience the luxury of private jet travel with personalized customer service and flexibility that lets you book your flight either months in advance or at the last minute.
Set Jet, a membership-based service, was started by Tom and Trey Smith in 2014 with the goal of providing customers with privacy, security, luxury and convenience at a price unmatched in the industry. Memberships start at $99.95 per month with a one-time security check fee of $99.95. Passengers can visit choice destinations at great prices, with domestic flights starting at $750 one way and international flights starting at $1,330. Memberships are on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time.
Set Jet flies to and from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, from both Los Angeles, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, and offers a number of convenient domestic destinations like San Diego, San Francisco, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. Expansion is currently in the works, with destinations like New York City, Aspen, Miami and West Palm Beach, as well as Texas cities like Austin, Dallas and Houston, coming in the near future.
