This year’s experience kicks off Dec. 1 with the grand opening of Santa’s North Pole Express Mailbox. Hotel guests who drop off a letter will receive a reply from Santa himself. Book a stay in a Santa-approved room, decorated with a twinkling Christmas tree and other holiday décor. Enjoy a sweet treat from the cookie concierge from Levain Bakery, with delectable cookies delivered right to your room. Guests booking Santa-approved rooms or premium accommodations also receive a limited-edition holiday ornament as a keepsake to bring home.
Throughout the season, classic holiday movies screen on the hotel’s massive indoor billboard. Expect free and ticketed performances from special guests during the month. Take part in a Christmas cookie decorating workshop. Spend time with St. Nick during Brunch and Breakfast with Santa, as well as 15 meet-and-greets in the lobby throughout December.
