Experience the Magic of Mermaids in Orlando This Summer

These events, available on select dates throughout the year, are packed with things the kids will love. From splashing mermaids to glowing beach balls to a live DJ, along with themed snacks and glowing beverages, there’s something for the entire family to enjoy.

The resort’s mermaid-in-residence, Elle, even spends time with the little ones for an in-person meet-and-greet to really bring the magic of mermaids to life. And if you want to take the experience to the next level, you can book a pool-side glow cabana where you’ll get a private meet-and-greet with Elle.

The mermaid experiences are just one of the many activities the hotel offers to make sure families enjoy themselves this summer. Let’s face it — Disney is expensive when you take the whole family, so having other options to entertain the kids lets you extend your trip to Orlando without having to go the park every day.

The hotel has a waterpark, along with a total of three different pools (the Mermaid & Glow experiences take place in Falls Lagoon pool) and a nightly laser show at the pool you can watch either from the pool or from your balcony.

And for the days you do want to spend at one of the nearby Disney parks, the hotel offers free transportation there and back for hotel guests, which helps to stretch the budget so you can better afford a longer stay.
