Camelback Resort’s festive holiday dining and thrilling Pocono Mountain experiences were created for family travelers to enjoy the season. Locals and travelers are invited to savor exceptional celebratory Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve meals.

Thanksgiving Buffet at Hemispheres

This Thanksgiving feast is one family and friends will be thankful to share as they partake at Hemispheres restaurant. The meal starts off with appetizers including fresh and composed salads, fresh fruit with assorted dipping sauces, charcuterie and local cheeses with artisan bread, roasted butternut squash and chicken noodle soup. The carving table features orange honey-glazed turkey breast with gravy and herb-crusted prime rib with horseradish cream sauce. Choose from entrées at the pasta station, hibachi station, assorted chicken wing station or kids’ station. Guests can also add sides like Spanish-style pernil with mojito sauce, buttermilk mashed potatoes, candied yams with marshmallows, green bean casserole, bourbon-glazed salmon, rice and pigeon peas. End the night with pumpkin pie, caramelized apple pie and an assortment of petite seasonal desserts.

Christmas Eve Buffet at Hemispheres Restaurant

Everyone will be merry and bright as they enjoy a festive mountainscape, chef-inspired buffet dinner at Hemispheres. Guests are offered salads and appetizers, including a fresh and composed salad bar, hummus and roasted vegetables, fresh fruit with mango cream, charcuterie and local cheese display and roasted tomato bisque soup. Carving tables include oven-roasted New York strip loin and honey-glazed Christmas ham. Entrees include eggplant Parmesan, pan-seared seabass and roasted chicken breast. Guests can choose from sides including roasted cauliflower, melted baby spinach, chives mashed potatoes, rosemary potatoes and steamed fine herb rice. The kiddos can enjoy mac & cheese, chicken tenders, assorted pizzas and cauliflower wings with dipping sauce. Make sure to save room for dessert including raspberry mousse, apple tarte tatin and assorted small desserts.

Christmas Day Buffet at Hemisphere Restaurant

Camelback Resort’s joyous Christmas Day buffet celebration treats families to a wide variety of yummy choices. Enjoy salads and appetizers including assorted spreads and dippings, a fresh salad bar, grilled veggies, charcuterie and local cheeses, fresh fruit and smoked trout and salmon. Honey-glazed Christmas ham and oven-roasted prime rib au jus will be served at the carving tables. Main entrees include shrimp scampi and linguini pasta, house made vegetable lasagna and grilled chicken breasts. Kids can choose from mac & cheese, steamed broccoli, grilled chicken strips and a variety of flatbreads. End the night with a sweet treat like peach and chocolate cobbler and assorted small desserts.

New Year’s Eve Buffet at Hemispheres Restaurant

Ring in the New Year with salads and appetizers including jumbo shrimp cocktail, a seafood display, burrata cheese and heirloom tomatoes, a fresh salad bar, charcuterie and local cheeses and fresh fruit. Next head to the carving table for a fine herb-crusted rack of lamb and a grilled Tomahawk steak and beef tenderloin. Guests can also choose from assorted pastas with sauces and vegetables to create special dishes, as well as crispy seared red snapper filet, pan seared sea scallops, grilled airline chicken breast and more.
