Forsthofgut Nature Hotel Debuts New Family Offerings

Leogang, Austria’s, Forsthofgut Nature Hotel recently unveiled its newly renovated Garden Loft Suites and its summer camp programming for children and teens.

In response to growing demand for luxury accommodations designed for family travel, the renovated Garden Loft Suites, able to accommodate up to 5 guests, offer approximately 1,500 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space across two floors. Each suite includes a primary bedroom with king-sized bed; walk-in wardrobe; open bathroom with freestanding bathtub; separate children’s bedroom on upper floor; an upper-level living area with sofa, fireplace and second bathroom; and a private hot tub on the terrace joining the suite’s outdoor sauna.

Forsthofgut’s Kids and Teens Camp programs, for children ages 5 and up, are offered on select dates through September, offering young guests a more structured way to experience the area with outdoor adventure, creative workshops, sports and nature-led discovery:

• Explorer Camp and Researcher Camp, for children 5–8, use the surrounding forests and mountains as an open-air classroom for ranger-led discovery, rocket building, beekeeping, natural art, simple experiments, wood carving and cooking over an open fire.
• Adventure and Action Camp, Active Camp, and Girls Camp, all for teens, bring an active pace with archery, rafting, high ropes, mountain carting, yoga, art studio sessions and time at Lake Pillersee for stand-up paddleboarding or relaxing by the water.
• Tennis Camp and Soccer Camp round out the new programs, with sessions grouped by skill level or age.

While kids enjoy the various camps, parents can enjoy time for waldSPA, restaurants and other mountain activities.
