Southern California’s Hotel Casa del Mar recently unveiled a decadent and exciting new offering for guests, business travelers and family travelers attending one of the property’s events: a custom Shake Shack Burger & Fry Bar featuring ROE Caviar.

Suited for a late-night indulgence or perfect for an unexpected event reveal, the culinary experience offers guests freshly grilled Shake Shack ShackBurgers and golden crinkle cut fries topped with ROE’s signature sustainably harvested caviar. Shake Shack and ROE Caviar are both renowned for their use of the best ingredients. The brands first collaborated in 2024 at the annual Baby2Baby Gala, serving a custom menu of Shake Shack Fried Chicken Sandwiches and Herbed Fries garnished with ROE Caviar. Casa Del Mar reunites the playful, yet refined pair.
The Shake Shack x ROE Caviar Burger & Fry Bar is available as an add-on when booking a special event at Hotel Casa del Mar. The package offers Shake Shack’s ShackBurgers and signature fries made on site by the Shake Shack team, paired with ROE Caviar on ice and a dedicated caviar attendant to top the late-night bites.
