Here, millions of wildebeests and zebra journey between Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park and Kenya’s Maasai Mara Reserve. Expert leaders bring travelers on a multiday adventure immersing them in the migration patterns of wildlife. Gentle Giants in Baja

In February, Pacific gray whales cruise along Mexico’s Baja Peninsula in the annual migration spanning 10,000–12,000 miles. Migrations begin from the Arctic feeding grounds and end in the sheltered calving lagoons in Baja. Nat Hab travelers can see these great beasts up close on the Great Gray Whales of Baja tour, as well as learn about gray whales’ behaviors. These whales are known to approach the open boats, providing passengers with an intimate look at the gentle giants from above. The tour includes an overnight stay in a private whale cabana at a remote waterfront eco camp.
