Family travelers have new options in Idaho. Last week Pennbridge Hospitality opened AC Hotel Boise Downtown and Element by Marriott Boise Downtown, the largest and first dual-branded property in Boise, Idaho.

The Marriott hotels add 296 keys and about 8,250 square feet of meeting and event space to Boise. Located under one roof, Element by Marriott occupies floors five–seven with 121 studio and one-bedroom suites, and AC Hotel occupies floors eight–15 with 175 guestrooms. The property’s 16th-floor rooftop restaurant and lounge, The Boise Post, accommodates up to 140 guests, open to the public. The menu highlights Idaho cuisine in a shared plate format.
Lobby-level AC Café operates the only Starbucks in downtown Boise. Other shared amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, large outdoor hot tub, co-working space and fire pits. Boise Airport is about a 10-minute drive away.
“Boise has reached a point where demand supports a project of this scale and sophistication. This hotel brings together two distinct brands in a way that reflects how people travel today — seamless, flexible, and steps from all the city has to offer,” said Doug Russo, general manager, AC Hotel & Element Boise Downtown.
