New Seasonal Packages, Guest Experiences at Max Beach Resort

Family travelers looking for a spring or summer getaway may want to consider Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, and Max Beach Resort, which recently introduced new seasonal packages and guest experiences.

The seasonal experiences include oceanfront workout sessions with fitness legend Lee Apperson and private surf lessons with pro surfer Ryan Ragan. The workouts, at 90 minutes, are one-on-one sessions in the resort’s ocean-front fitness room. Surf lessons are also 90 minutes. Other activities include buy-one-get-one day passes to Pictona, a 49-court pickleball facility near the resort; a private beach bonfire with tiki torches, glow-in-the-dark bocce balls, gourmet s’mores and more; beach bike rental for exploring the 23 miles of shoreline; and private cabana rental, offering covered seating for up to eight guests.

 

The 12-story Max Beach Resort offers 72 suites with outdoor living space, an ocean-front café, an ocean-front pool, a lifestyle lounge and more.

Family travelers can take advantage of two new packages, as well:

 

The Rockin’ Waves Package includes two V.I.P seats at Bandshell Summer Concert Series, weekly concerts beginning Memorial Day Weekend and followed by over-the-ocean fireworks.

 

The Home Runs & Sunsets offer includes admission for four (two adults and two children) to a Daytona Tortugas games at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

United Continues Its Global Expansion

United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network. The airline added new non-stop flights between Newark (EWR) and Marrakesh (RAK), Morocco; Tokyo (NRT) and Cebu (CEB), Philippines; and Houston (IAH) and Medellin (MDE), Colombia.
