The award is the perfect way to say thank you to a teacher who changed your life anywhere from daycare through university. Nominations are open through the end of March, and the winner will be announced at the end of April. In order for a teacher to be eligible to win the Educator Legacy Award, they must have either retired in 2024 or plan to retire by the end of 2025. Nominations are easy: Simply fill out the online form and provide a brief statement about why the teacher you love and respect deserves to continue to embark on a journey of learning through travel in retirement after a lifetime of educating others.
