Off the Map Travel offers family travelers a one-of-a-kind Christmas experience. Launching in November, the Ultimate Christmas Invitation brings travelers to the Arctic Circle to meet Santa Claus. The seven-day itinerary is suitable for travelers of all ages.
The trip begins in Helsinki before heading to Lapland with a personalized, hand-written letter from Santa Claus. Spend time exploring Inari, known as the capital of Finnish Sámi culture. Here, guests take part in a range of winter activities, including dogsledding, snowmobiling and a sleigh ride to visit a reindeer farm. Other highlights of the tour include stargazing and Christmas shopping opportunities.
“The itinerary builds suspense and anticipation up to the moment of meeting Santa in person. With no queues and a location in the most festive place on earth, the trip is a dream for those who love Christmas and Santa Claus,” said Jonny Cooper, founder, Off the Map Travel.
Pricing for the itinerary starts at $3,806 per person and includes all activities; transfers; one-night accommodations in Helsinki; one-night accommodations in Rovaniemi; three-night, full-board accommodations in Inari; and overnight train to Rovaniemi from Helsinki. Flights are not included. The itinerary is available November–January.
