TWA Hotel, located at John F. Kennedy International Airport, offers visitors a perfect family travel experience with its on-site roller-skating rink. For the second year in a row, the hotel transforms its tarmac into The Roll-A-Rama at the Runway Rink.

The Roll-A-Rama outdoor roller-skating rink opens for the season April 15. The rink is located on the tarmac near the hotel’s 1958 Lockheed Constellation “Connie” airplane, which now serves as a cocktail lounge. Enjoy skating around the 44-by-56-foot rink while listening to retro tunes.

The rink is open Friday 4–8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 12–8 p.m., weather permitting. Capacity is limited. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be purchased in advance. Admission is $20 for adults and $16 for children under 12 years old. Tickets must be purchased by credit card. Each skate session last 50 minutes and skates are disinfected after each use. Skate rental is included, or you may bring your own. A limited number of helmets are available to rent. The Roll-A-Rama occasionally hosts private events and parties.
The rink will remain open for the season through Nov. 1.
