Taste of Summer
Enjoy the flavors of summer with Rosewood’s culinary offerings. Start your day with coffee at Café Alux, the resort’s new coffee and pastry shop. On Tuesday nights, Zapote Bar hosts a special event with award-winning mixologists from Mexico and beyond. Take part in the Chef’s Garden Dinner at La Ceiba Garden & Kitchen, which features a multicourse menu of regional and seasonal fare.
