When it is time to return home, the resort staff is on top of making sure your testing requirements are met. If your country of origin requires a negative test prior to travel, testing is arranged on-site at each resort and administered by a qualified professional. These tests are free of charge and performed so results are available within required timeframes to prevent travel delays.

For guests who test positive and are unable to return home as expected, travel insurance included with an all-inclusive stay will cover a quarantine at the resort for up to 14 days. This offer is good on reservations made by March 31, for trips taken through the end of the year.
