Springfield, Missouri’s, Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium
brings the thrill of Shark Week to family travelers July 11–18. During this week-long celebration of these sea predators, visitors can enjoy shark-themed adventures.

WOW’s Shark Week includes a range of activities and encounters like no other, where visitors can get up close and personal with the great marine creatures through face-to-fin interactions. Watch the feeding frenzy during scheduled live shark feedings Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 1 p.m.
Visitors who purchase a general admission ticket during Shark Week have free access to engaging educational stations, Informative Keeper Chats, fun kids crafts and limited-quantity giveaways. Additional offerings include specialty shark snacks; the Sharky gift shop with themed, exclusive merchandise; and SEArenity Yoga on July 20, 7:30–8:30 p.m.

Visitors can experience and enjoy more than just sharks during Shark Week. WOW is home to more than 35,000 live fish, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds. The museum and aquarium boast immersive habitats totaling 1.5 miles of trails, as well as aquariums with more than 1.5 million gallons of water.
Some of WOW’s most recent additions are the Nature’s Best Photography Exhibit, the America’s Museum of Fly-Fishing and the soon-to-open jellyfish aquarium.
