The program begins with a comprehensive wellness screening followed by a consultation for personalized care based on the results. Guests take part in practices like postnatal yoga focusing on the pelvic floor and mindfulness meditation to calm the nervous system through breathwork. Six Senses Spa offers a variety of recovery treatments from body wraps and full-body massages to facials and biohacking sessions.
Throughout the stay, mothers enjoy daily herbal teas, a wellness-focused menu and optional sleep tracking. The experience ends with a post-program debrief and recommendations for self-care needs at home.
