Family Festivities
The resort hosts fun activities for guests of all ages. Throughout December, take part in the daily Elf on the Shelf scavenger hunt, held throughout the property. Young guests may participate in a holiday ornament-making workshop (Dec. 22), a gingerbread house-making class (Dec. 23) and Little Chefs Academy (Dec. 27). On Christmas Eve, sing traditional Christmas carols in The Great Hall (4–6 p.m.), followed by a family movie night on the terrace, complete with hot chocolate and egg nog. Capture your family’s travels with a complimentary festive photo on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, 12–5 p.m. in The Great Hall.

Seasonal Fun
Take part in a variety of special events and activities throughout the holiday season including a Bloody Mary masterclass, daily evening Champagne sabrage, festive afternoon tea (Dec. 15–31), live string quartet music at Eskama Cucina Italiana, a Gilded Age art class and New Year’s Day yoga.
House Celebrations
Inspired by Gilded Age opulence, the resort hosts House Celebrations throughout the season. On Christmas Day, White Christmas at the Astors takes place 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and includes elegant brunch service, live music and special appearances from Santa himself. Attend An Evening at Jack’s Club Dec. 28 for tastings of rare Aruban rums, live jazz and a four-course tasting menu. The St. Regis hosts two different parties for New Year’s Eve: An Astor Affair or New Year’s Eve at Akira Back.
