New to Carlsbad, California, The Lullabar lets both local families and family travelers enjoy themselves thanks to age-specific amenities and experiences. Founded by moms, The Lullabar is a wellness café where parents and caregivers can meet and receive self-care services while kids play.

While parents indulge in a coffee, nail treatment, dance class or just some relaxing conversation with friends, The Lullabar features a supervised play gym for kids to explore fun activities. Each play gym reservation is two hours and must be booked ahead of time. The Lullabar promises one child monitor, who engages with the kids for a fun time, per five children.
The play gym features interactive and immersive toys and games, as well as crafts stations, books, a mini castle and more.

For parents, as kids enjoy a couple of hours in the play gym, they can head to the nail salon room for manicures and pedicures. Over at the café, the indoor/outdoor space offers espresso drinks, matcha and probiotic steamers for small children. Current drink favorites include Fruit Tea Yum, lavender lemonade and iced peppermint mocha.
The Lullabar’s café also offers healthy, pre-made sandwiches and salads, snacks and baked goods from Prager Brother Artisan Breads. Whether choosing a kale Caesar with chicken or broccoli cheddar soup, there’s something for everyone in the café.
