The all-inclusive retreat includes all meals and drinks, accommodations on the 18th-century estate, daily fitness classes, a babysitter for a four-hour night out, hotel transfers, a personalized fitness plan, health tips, a wellbeing and identity reading list, recipe cards with shopping list and a welcome goody bag.
Moms, indulge in some self-love and care during the program’s two fitness classes while dads receive one dedicated fitness day, mid-week — on mom’s rest day. Each parent receives one personal training session and one massage, with the option to add on and customize the retreat as you go.
While the new moms go workout, dads enjoy bonding time with their baby with any assistance desired from on-site healthcare professionals.
For families with two children five years old or younger, head to the Toddler Plus retreat. Prices range from €2,350–2,950 per family of four and includes accommodations, all meals and drinks, two fitness classes per day for both parents, one excursion, childcare for a night out and during workouts, age-appropriate activities for the kids, goody bags and various add-on options.
