Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley comes alive in spring and summer for family travelers. Check out these activities and events taking place in the coming months in the region.

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs are back in action for the season! The minor league baseball team plays at Coca-Cola Park. In addition to IronPigs games, the park will host Cosmic Baseball May 17 and the Party Animals’ Banana Ball in July.

 

The region offers plenty of thrilling options for adrenaline junkies. HangDog Outdoor Adventure opens April 5. This adventure center features a challenging ropes course for all ages and a dog-friendly beer garden, if that’s more your speed. Dorney Park opens for the season May 9. Experience exhilarating rides like the Iron Menace or family-friendly activities at Camp Snoopy. Check out Valley Preferred Cycling Center’s Friday Nights Under the Lights racing series, kicking off May 30.

Easton Farmers’ Market opens for the season May 3. More than 40 vendors offer fresh produce, meat, eggs, local wine and spirits, and more.
