This season, Aspen Snowmass welcomes family travelers with an expanded pass lineup and additional programming. The resort is one of only a handful to offer winter experiences for toddlers, teens and parents, from lesson bundles for every age to on-mountain childcare.
Here’s what’s in store for 2026/2027 season at Aspen Snowmass:
Snag the new Flex Pass, valid for four–seven days across Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass, with no blackout dates and no requirement to use the days consecutively. Pass is available for purchase through Oct. 30.
This school offers children’s lessons for guests as young as 2.5 years old, in either group or private settings. Toddlers are welcome for full- and half-day lessons at The Hideout (Buttermilk) or The Treehouse (Snowmass).
This new pass bundles a lift ticket, lesson and rental equipment in one for beginners. Guests who finish the lesson qualify for complimentary ski access and rental equipment for the rest of the season.
Extended Lesson + Lift Ticket Bundle
This bundle now extends to adults and seniors, with discounted lift tickets available when purchased alongside group lessons.
Treehouse Kids’ Adventure Center
Kids will find themed playrooms at this licensed childcare and learning facility, open to toddlers through teens. The center is also home to the ski school check-in and babysitting services.
Expect family evenings snow biking, tubing, riding the Alpine BreathtakerCoaster, listening to live music and roasting s’mores around the bonfire.
Naprès Ski Package at Limelight Snowmass
The resort partners with BabyBjörn, outfitting rooms with the brand’s five most trusted items: carrier, bouncer, travel crib, mealtime set and toilet trainer. For just a $75 add-on fee, this is a no-brainer for families wanting to skip the hassle of packing all the gear beforehand.
Book two or more nights at participating lodges through Stay Aspen Snowmass and get a complimentary child lift ticket for every day of kids’ equipment rental.
