Later this fall, family travelers are invited to experience one of Southern Arizona’s hidden gems in a true dude ranch setting. Otero Ranch at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa opens for the season Nov. 15, presenting an experience by True Ranch Collection that will feature exclusive dude ranch adventures, such as horseback riding and hiking along the Santa Cruz River valley, playing a round of golf at the 27-hole championship course, trying 3-D archery, exploring the town of Tubac, touring historic Tumacacori Mission, and relaxing at the resort’s spa or pool.
Travelers aged 21 and up can also join the resort’s cocktail hours and Southern Arizona wine and tequila tastings to socialize with other guests and taste the flavor of the Southwest. Mealtimes include elevated ranch-style dishes, breakfast cookouts and bagged lunches on the trail, all created by the resort’s signature restaurant, Stables Ranch Grille.
After a day filled with adventure, families can relax in their peaceful and warm rooms or suites, offering plush leather furnishings, cozy fireplaces and beautiful patios with views of the mountains and golf course.
All stays include lodging at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, all meals, horseback riding, ranch activities, a daily round of golf, special events, local tours, and access to other resort amenities.
