Experience Brush Creek Ranch’s Epicurean Retreats

Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming, unveiled its new Epicurean Retreats at the property’s The Farm at Brush Creek. Available select weekends through April, family travelers visiting during the retreats can take part in culinary experiences like butchery, distilling and cheesemaking.

Guests learn the inner workings of a sustainable cattle ranch during the three-night, all-inclusive retreats, including:

Wagyu & Whiskey (Jan. 25–28, Feb. 29–March 3 and April 11–14)

This immersive experience leads guests through the pairing of wagyu beef and whiskey with classes on butchery and distilling.

Seed-To-Table (Feb. 1–4 and March 28–31)

This experience includes learning about the property’s greenhouses, a hands-on gardening tutorial, and a cooking and mixology class.

Chocolate Making (Feb. 15–18)

Coinciding with Valentine’s Day weekend, enjoy this hands-on chocolate-making experience.

Farmstead Creamery (Feb. 22–25 and March 21–24)

This experience includes learning about the cheesemaking process, discussions with on-site cheesemakers, and wine and cheese pairings.

Art of Bread (March 1–4 and April 4–7)

This breadmaking intensive class leads guests through a variety of baking techniques and hands-on experiences.

Pricing for the Epicurean Retreats starts at $1,170 per person per night and includes luxury accommodations, select dining experiences and select alcoholic beverages.
