Wollman Rink in New York City’s Central Park celebrates its 75th anniversary with dozens of free, family-friendly events through September. Operated by Wollman Park Partners, the venue will host an array of weekly free experiences.
Every other Thursday the space hosts family-friendly movies under the stars. The current lineup includes Hamilton (June 4), Wicked: For Good (June 18) and Captain America: Brave New World (July 2), with additional screenings to be announced.
Every other Sunday, 11 a.m.–1 p.m., visitors may enjoy a free scoop of ice cream from official sponsor Mikey Likes It Ice Cream at the Overlook, while supplies last. On select Saturdays Arthur Murray Broadway Dance Studio hosts free dance lessons. Every other Tuesday and Friday, My Gym hosts interactive programming for kids of all ages.
