This month, The Stafford London invites family travelers to elevate their trip with an all-new detective experience called The White Mouse Detective Hunt. Inspired by Nancy Wake, one of the most highly decorated service women of World War II and a former long-term resident of The Stafford who was known affectionately by her code name White Mouse, this hunt takes kids on a journey through the hotel’s Main House, the 400-year-old wine cellars and The American Bar.
Along the way, kids will uncover the hotel’s hidden stories, from the Queen Mother’s secret passage to wartime bunkers. Each guest also receives a keepsake from Moulin Roty toy company of a white mouse toy for kids to take home to remember the experience.
This bookable experience also includes 50 percent off a second interconnecting room; complimentary dining for children under 12; welcome cupcakes; complimentary breakfast; and soft, fluffy gowns and slippers.
The White Mouse Detective Hunt is available as part of the hotel’s Family Getaway package for bookings through Easter 2026. A minimum two-night stay is required.
The Stafford London has been a luxury hotel since 1912, featuring 106 uniquely designed guestrooms and suites in the Main House, as well as suites within the modern Mews building. The hotel also boasts four private dining rooms, a wine cellar and a cocktail bar.
