Known for extravagant properties and high-end stays, THIRDHOME is a unique home share option for budget-less families and international travelers. The exclusive travel club and rental property service recently added travel adventures and innovative services for members.
The original format was a private travel club where homeowners with high-end properties would exchange time in their second homes for lavish stays in other club member’s homes, anywhere around the world — the club membership now expands with experiences.
Now providing luxury travel opportunities and one-of-a-kind excursions, THIRDHOME’s membership includes all-new Rental properties and Adventure prospects. The rental feature is more inclusive, offering high-end guests the opportunity to enjoy a luxury home without swapping their own.

THIRDHOME adheres to high standards and qualifications for the properties, so club members know what they’re getting, don’t feel slighted or like they’ve traded down on their family vacation. The average value of a club property is a cool $2.2 million, with each home carefully reviewed based on how desirable the location is, curb-side appeal, interior and exterior design, furnishings and overall quality of the property.
If this sounds like your second home, prospective members can apply to include their property on the list free of charge.
Looking to rent or swap? Take advantage of the open communication on the site and discuss the property with the homeowner before booking. Ask questions, offer suggestions and get a better feel for the location and surrounding neighborhoods, commitment free.
With the launch of the all-new Adventures Program, guests can opt for various travel opportunities and active excursions to feel more immersed in the destination. Shop around by the area or create your own travel adventure.
Since the initial start of THIRDHOME in 2009, the current exchange club has grown exponentially with more than 10,000 properties.
Now with the opportunity to upgrade your stay even further with more luxury play, THIRDHOME offers much more than just the average home exchange program.
