Malliouhana, Anguilla’s first 5-star hotel, recently opened a dedicated Mini-Explorers Club for family travelers with children seeking their own activities and adventures. The new club is an extension of the resort’s existing Mini-Explorers Program and allows kids to enjoy its many amenities seven days a week, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

Designed to mimic adventures at sea, the Mini-Explorers Club features a custom, hand-painted mural by local artist Adam G, cozy seating areas with Shark-stuffed bean bag chairs and plenty of games. Kids can take part in ping pong, foosball, Connect Four and more. Outside, kids can climb aboard a life-sized pirate ship playground on the beach or take on climbing ropes and a slide.
The Mini-Explorers Club comprises part of the Mini-Explorers Program, which engages kids in a variety of seaside activities and cultural experiences. With new and exciting activities every day, kids can try their hand at a wide range of experiences. New activities in the program include:
- Nature Walk in Paradise: Mini-Explorers learn about local botany while picking flowers and fauna for a take-home bouquet
- Malli RC Regatta: The resort’s youngest explorers take on an epic remote control sailboat race inspired by Anguilla’s world-famous regattas
- The Harmonies of the Caribbean: Mini-Explorers learn firsthand the legendary history of the steel pan drums while trying it out themselves

The Mini-Explorers Program, available for morning, afternoon and full-day sessions, costs $55–95 per session.
