From a recent and outstanding hours-long search to uncover a missing diamond to reuniting a girl with her cherished stuffed animal, Pittsburgh International Airport has set a new standard in returning lost items to passengers. Now, the airport makes it even easier through its recently launched Lost and Found system (because family travelers know kids in particular somehow manage to lose something during a trip).

Aptly named We Got You, this initiative offers 24/7 online claims submission and real-time tracking. Gone are the days of waiting on hold during business hours. Passengers who lose an item at the airport can simply submit and monitor claims anytime and from any device.
Pittsburgh International Airport created this greater initiative following research on passengers and staff.

Other features of the system include faster processing times, with enhanced search capabilities and integration with internal systems to allow staff to resolve claims more efficiently; a mobile-friendly design; and notifications regarding the status of a passenger’s claim.
For items lost in the terminal, passengers may also still contact the airport’s Lost and Found office at 412 472 3525 between 6 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Sunday–Friday, and between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturdays.

Best of Both Worlds
Enjoy the best of both worlds when you fly with TAP Air Portugal thanks to the Portugal Stopover program. With the program, TAP passengers, whether traveling for business, leisure or both, can stop in Portugal for up to 10 days at no additional airfare on the way to their final destination. What does this mean for travelers wishing to explore by both land and sea? It means after flying to Portugal with TAP and experiencing the country in an entirely new way, travelers can then embark on scenic river and ocean cruises from Portugal’s port cities, or fly with TAP to another European destination.
