Turks & Caicos Announces New Hotel and Residential Developments

Turks & Caicos continues its growth as a tourism hub, with new hotel and residential developments slated for 2024 and beyond, perfect for family travelers planning a future trip to the Caribbean destination.

 

Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay

Set to open in late 2025, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay marks the first Hyatt property on the island. The property will feature 59 guestrooms and 73 residences. Owners and resort guests have access to four dining outlets, a rooftop venue, fitness center, garden yoga studio and spa.

 

Salterra Resort & Spa

The Luxury Collection, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio, debuts in Turks & Caicos with Salterra Resort & Spa. Expected to open in early 2025, the resort will feature 100 guestrooms and suites.

South Bank

From Grace Bay Resorts, this residential resort and marina boasts several neighborhoods along 31 acres of shoreline with distinctive properties. Lodging options include standalone homes, villas and a six-story residential building. South Bank is set to open in November 2024.

 

The Loren

Debuting in 2026, The Loren will feature six private beachfront villas, 25 condominium units and 33 guest suites. The property also offers an on-site pool, fitness center, spa, restaurant, beach club, tennis courts and 24-hour concierge.

Slated to debut in fall 2024, the resort and residential community in Cooper Jack Bay will be home to 41 villas and custom residences. The resort offers owners and resort guests access to a beach and tennis club, spa, waterfront restaurant and bar, kid’s club, and marina access.
