More offerings come to Orlando, Florida, for family travelers! Villatel Orlando Resort announced its grand opening will take place March 3, offering 270 villas with immersive themed rooms, 256 apartments, a water park and other resort experiences. The resort is positioned on International Drive, within easy access to Universal Orlando Resort, Orange County Convention Center, Dezerland Park Orlando and more.

“Villatel Orlando Resort was designed to fill a gap in Orlando’s hospitality market by bringing people together in an elevated, ultra-playful setting that offers all the best comforts of home,” said Stephen Lobell, CEO, Villatel. “A vacation experience unto itself that’s built for non-stop fun, we’ve created a dreamworld where travelers, ranging from multigenerational groups and theme park goers to sports teams and cheer or dance groups, can bond and make memories of a lifetime.”
Villatel’s villas range from four to nine bedrooms and include private spa pools, full kitchens, movie theaters and game rooms. Each also boasts up to two themed bedrooms. The resort also welcomes the country’s first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy, which are 256 two- to three-bedroom accommodations.

Aqua Bay delivers 200,000 square feet of thrills, with waterslides, a wet playground, a lazy river, a pool and more. There’s also an on-site fitness center, courts for basketball and pickleball, a Top Golf Swing Suite, and Aqua Bar & Grille.
