During the half-day experience, participants start at Manatee Lagoon, a Florida Power & Light Eco-Discovery Center with a guided experience led by a manatee expert. At the end of the tour, guests enjoy the outdoor observation deck to see the manatees and other sea life in their natural habitat. Guests take a Wildlife Connection shuttle to Busch Wildlife Sanctuary at Abramson & Schlagger Reserve, a 200-acre haven dedicated to the rehabilitation and care of native Florida wildlife. After time with the venue’s animal ambassadors and a boxed lunch, guests can explore the grounds, home to more than 200 animals.
The tour ends at Loggerhead Marinelife Center to learn about the ongoing efforts to protect and rehabilitate sea turtles. Each guest will receive a 10 percent discount to shop at the gift store.
