The retreat includes six nights in a double room accommodation for two parents and their baby (full board); health-focused meals (up to one glass of wine); complimentary creche for babies aged 6-23 months, available upon booking and subject to availability; one 50-minute massage per parent; two fitness classes each day, per adult; one personal training session per week, per adult; one daily Mindfulness Class per adult; and one expert Q&A group session for all adult guests.
Prices begin at €3,500 (about $3,894) for two parents and one baby for the duration of the retreat.
