Zumba: Nothing like a little dancing to get your heart racing and lift your mood. This high-energy workout is led by professional dancer and instructor Cristine Riguad, leading all levels of dancers out of their living room (mentally) and on to the dance floor.

Yoga: If low-intensity workouts are more your speed, Curaçao’s resident yogi Liberty Suares will lead a vinyasa flow.

Backyard Workout: Get outside with John and Raquel (fitness instructors and couple) as the Elite Fitness pair demonstrate high- and low-intensity moves from their own backyard.

And not just any recipes, but immune-boosting creations. Now more than ever, would-be travelers are considering their health and welfare and, like the old adage says, you are what you eat. Herbalist Dinah Veeris offers juice remedies for common ailments, including immune-boosting ingredients.

Desserts: For those of us that need something sweet, Chef Luigi Eduardo Chavarría shows off his pastry skills with a demonstration wannabe bakers may want to tune in for.
