American Queen Voyages celebrates its 10th anniversary with four new sailings, ideal for all types of family travel, to the lower Mississippi region in June. These sailings offer guests exclusive experiences hosted by chef Regina Charboneau and American Queen Voyages founder and chairman, John Waggoner.
Kicking off the summer season, these new itineraries sail on the flagship American Queen. The nine-day sailings cruise between Memphis, Tennessee, and New Orleans, Louisiana, with departures June 5, 12, 19 and 26.
John Waggoner joins guests on the June 12 sailing, hosting lectures on the history of the company and memories from American Queen Voyages cruises. Chef Regina Charboneau offers a pre-sail biscuit demonstration and Champagne toast. Those booking a Luxury or Owner’s suite may take part in a complimentary cooking class and brunch led by Charboneau.
“As we mark the 10th Anniversary of American Queen Voyages with added June Lower Mississippi River sailings, I look forward to joining guests on this iconic itinerary to share stories from our decade on the water,” said John Waggoner, founder and chairman, American Queen Voyages. “The addition of Chef Regina for special culinary experiences both onboard and in Natchez will delight our guests and will be quite a treat for everyone.”
Fares start at $2,599 per guest, with the Owner’s suite starting at $7,699. Book now.
