Mixing business with pleasure is what bleisure travel is all about, but add in that dose of family time and you have a jam-packed trip — the fun kind. Bring along the family on a business trip or meet them halfway when business is through, making the most of your time away.
While travel multitasking is easily achieved with smartphones, organized planners and long weekends, the packing part is on you. Bring along gear that can multitask, like you, enlisting essential pieces in moving you easily from business meetings to travel days with the kids.
While bringing a laptop on a business trip is as essential as your boarding pass, a family trip can usually do without it. While a staple for part of your trip and a nuisance for the other, a great laptop bag to stow, go and grab as necessary can be a game changer.
Feminine and Fun
For something lightweight, organized and no-fuss, the JEMMA bag transitions from work to school, travel, meetings and daytrips in between. Neatly fitting a laptop, wallet, phone and a few essentials like chargers and toiletries, JEMMA bags can easily replace your current carry-on. The Poppins backpack tote organizes your travel day and is great for any age. The kids can stow their iPads and phones, or you can use for your important work documents and tech — versatile as it is stylish. Check out the tote, wallet, crossbody and wide variety of options for the whole family, or consider it a work perk for yourself.
Professional and Classic
For something classic, masculine and chic, Stow’s Jet Set collection is timeless. Check out the Capri Carry Case for £495, or about $568. The smallest in the luxe collection, but surprisingly spacious, this bag conceals important documents and tech while offering easy access when you need them. The bag can be carried three different ways, depending on posture and comfort, and doesn’t fall open when propped up sitting on the floor.
Customizable and Subtle
For men, women and golfers, Vessel bags come in a range of designs and functions. The chic totes, duffels, backpacks, briefcases and luggage all discretely contain personal items, while maintaining a professional exterior. Choose from a wide variety of colors and load up on all the essentials you need for work, while keeping casual items separate for family time. The bags travel well and lend to any activity, from golfing with clients to joining colleagues for lunch and meeting up with the family later for a show.
