Carnival Cruise Line recently rolled out its latest onboard enhancement, Express Dining, giving guests a more convenient option without sacrificing the quality cuisine and dining experience Carnival is known for. Now available on 15 ships in the main dining room, Express Dining offers a freshly prepared, multicourse dinner experience in less than an hour for groups of six guests or fewer. The program will be fully implemented across the fleet by the end of May.
Express Dining complements Carnival’s traditional dining experience, letting guests choose between a leisurely evening meal or a streamlined service that significantly reduces service time while maintaining a thoughtfully curated menu that mirrors the main dining room offerings in a slightly abbreviated selection. Special dietary requests will continue to be accommodated. The offering is currently available on Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Celebration, Mardi Gras, Carnival Venezia, Carnival Firenze, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Vista, Carnival Breeze, Carnival Radiance, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Dream, Carnival Glory and Carnival Freedom. Guests booked under Your Time Dining can opt in directly through Carnival’s HUB App.
“Our guests continue to tell us they value greater flexibility in how they spend their time on board, and Express Dining was designed with that in mind,” said Christine Duffy, president, Carnival Cruise Line. “Our pilot program generated positive feedback from our guests. With this in mind, we are excited to expand Express Dining to offer them the same high quality dishes and attentive service our dining rooms are known for, while giving guests the ability to use more of their time to enjoy all the other onboard fun.”
The rollout highlights Carnival’s focus on offering dining flexibility. The cruise line also recently introduced Family Express service on the Lido Deck, piloted on Carnival Vista and now available fleetwide. The offering is quickly becoming a guest favorite.
