Holland America Line recently revealed a refreshed RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, the cruise line’s private island in the Bahamas. Now, guests sailing on the line’s Caribbean cruises will discover a new RelaxAway, where recently completed enhancements bring more ways for families to relax, dine and play.

A new food pavilion serves island-inspired barbecue, while an exclusive Beach Club experience gives guests even more ways to dine and unwind by the shore. Other enhancements include upgraded cabanas, refreshed clamshells and daybeds, renovated eateries and bars, and pickleball courts (added last season).
Guests who purchase a day pass for the Beach Club (available for booking this month) will receive priority tendering from the ship to the island. The Beach Club, featuring the line’s signature blue, orange and cream colors, will also boast dedicated waiter service, all-inclusive alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, included beach accessories, specialty food and beverage offerings, and other special surprise moments.

To make the private island even more alluring, Holland America Line’s Save on Sunshine promotion gives travelers up to 50 percent off Caribbean cruise fares and free kids’ fares on select sailings.
The enhancements lead up to the destination’s 30th anniversary in 2027.
