Carnival Cruise Line just revealed a new wave of culinary experiences to launch on Carnival Festivale in 2027 and Carnival Tropicale in 2028. Family travelers will have the chance to taste and indulge in new restaurants and bars across these two vessels, with additional innovative dining experiences rolling out across its entire fleet in the coming months.

Dubbed The Next Course, these new experiences will include Emeril’s Coastal Seafood, a restaurant serving coastal-inspired cuisine from acclaimed Chef Emeril Lagasse; Uku Lei Lei, a venue offering Hawaiian specialties and Asian classics; Fetaccine, a Mediterranean-inspired space combining Italian favorites and Greek specialties; and Le Bistro Musicale, a classic French restaurant exclusively on Carnival Festivale, welcoming diners to a relaxed, music-filled Parisian setting.

In addition to these new venues, Carnival Festivale will also include several unique bar outlets. The Spark will be a vibrant lounge featuring live performances and cocktails inspired by songs, while Festival Grounds Coffee & Bar will offer specialty coffee and cocktails in a dynamic space. Mix will also grace the ship, treating guests to creative cocktails and even letting passengers craft their own drinks.

Fleetwide, Carnival will introduce new dining options like refreshed menus, Bagels @ Sea, a revamp of the chef’s table menu, and a variety of pop-ups like Fruity & Frosted Breakfast Bars and Ice Cream and Milkshake Bars. Expanded grab-and-go options at coffee shops are also in the works, as is express dining, offering faster and more convenient dining in the Main Dining Room.
