Soccer fans and family travelers will want to make for Jumeirah Beach Hotel as the resort prepares to again welcome an icon of the sport, Wayne Rooney, for an exclusive hosted family experience in collaboration with Football Escapes, Oct. 26–30. The program is part of a seven-night stay at the Dubai resort.
“I’ve loved both of my trips to Jumeirah Beach Hotel with Football Escapes, so I couldn’t wait to come back,” said Wayne Rooney, ambassador, Football Escapes. “The whole week is such a brilliant experience, the kids get stuck in from the first session, and you can see their confidence grow every day. Throughout the week, Rooney leads daily soccer sessions for children with UEFA-licensed Football Escapes coaches. Complemented by interactive family challenges and the much-anticipated Parents’ Game, the sessions offer families the opportunity to step onto the pitch together.
Families can also take part in other exclusive hotel moments, including a live Q&A with Rooney at Dhow & Anchor, a dedicated games night, medal celebrations and relaxed social gatherings. Opportunities to engage with one of soccer’s most recognized players take place in an intimate and informal setting.
Other activities available to families include a private beach, five swimming pools, family-friendly dining destinations, and complimentary access to J Club and Jumeirah Circle, the resort’s kids club.
