Multigenerational

Family travel is a great way to escape everyday life, completely reset and share new experiences with the ones you love. Six Senses offers activities for children craving as much variety and adventure as parents. The resorts carefully consider every detail to make them the perfect destinations for families.

Vooc Village and Water Reserve at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay

Named after the Vietnamese Langur, which is also the friendly mascot, Vooc Village and Water Reserve at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay keeps younger guests entertained through activities like hanging upside down at the jungle gym, splashing around at the aqua gym or making crafts and playing games at the indoor play center.

Other programs include everything, from relaxing programs like a foot massage and a make-your-own body scrub session to active programs like gardening, yoga, little mixologist and more.  Little travelers can bring out their creative side with traditional origami and snack making, Hoi An Lantern making and trying their hand at a traditional Vietnamese musical instrument. They can also learn about protecting the nature around them, build their own coral reef and practice being a farmer and make beeswax wraps and homemade soaps.

“The special Grow With Six Senses passport combines exploration, conservation, crafts, and sport into a fun and educational schedule that takes children to all corners of the resort; it’s the kind of program that makes you want to be a kid again. Sadly, parents cannot apply!” said Andrew Whiffen, general manager. “Vooc Village is the first of its kind in Vietnam, and our aim is to keep the kids off their screens and entertained in a more traditional way. It’s also a great way to give parents a chance to relax, recharge, and enjoy other activities at the resort.”

Watery Delights at Six Senses Laamu

Connect with the sand and land around you at Six Senses Laamu. At The Den, kids can participate in planting seeds in coconut shells, a fitness scavenger hunt, healthy cooking classes, junior Zumba, a volcano explosion and more. The family-friendly resort is located on a private atoll and offers plenty of water activities. Tiny conservationists aged 6 and up can take part in exciting science experiments, explore the ocean on snorkeling adventures and participate in the Junior Marine Biology program.

Wellies On and Capes Ready at Six Senses Yao Noi

The three-day Junior Eco Warrior program at Six Senses Yao Noi follows the themes of farm, nature and recreation, as well as aims at educating future generations through hands-on experiences and outdoor adventures. Participants will collect fresh eggs, meet Kevin the goat, learn the importance of keeping the marine ecosystem clean at the beach, plant seeds and much more. At the 3R’s workshop, kids can turn trash into treasure and try their hand at building villas for the resort’s resident hornbills out of recycled timber.
