Head to Grenada’s family-friendly paradise, Mount Cinnamon Resort — a Caribbean experience like none other. Mount Cinnamon Resort is already a contender with its ideal location on Grand Anse Beach, beautifully designed spaces, endless relaxation, adventure activities, luxury feel and attention to detail, but add in the new Family Package for summer travelers and Mount Cinnamon may top your list for a family vacation.

Beginning this month, family guests sign up for the expert-led yoga program, including classes for the kids, seniors and everyone in between. In partnership with Namaste Yoga Studios, the local studio debuts three new classes at the resort focused on making yoga accessible for all levels of practice and ages. Regular and beginner classes can be found on the outdoor beach deck and in studio, while kid’s classes are practiced Saturdays. Seniors and guests with limited mobility try the all-new chair yoga class, or opt for additional classes like Pilates and Tai Chi.

Once you’re all stretched out, don’t miss the Grenada Chocolate Fest showcasing the island’s sweet history rooted in chocolate culture and cacao harvesting. Act fast and save 30 percent on your accommodations May 7–21, on three nights or more — you’ll even make it just in time for the annual Grenada Chocolate Fest.

For the fourth year, the Grenada Chocolate Fest is a fun way to teach the kids a bit more about Grenada’s culinary background while enjoying the fruits, or chocolate, of their labor. The celebration boasts fun for all ages and guests attending from the Family Package receive a complimentary chocolate “mocktail” for the kids and a cocktail for you. Stick around May 18 for the sunset bonfire and Chocolate Beach Party concluding the chocolate festivities.

In addition to the special treatment at the chocolate festival, the Family Package also includes accommodations for seven nights, daily breakfast for adults (children 12 and younger eat free), non-motorized water sports, a snorkeling trip and access to Savvy’s beach club and a few specialty items peppered in.

Parents, take advantage of the complimentary four hours of babysitting services included in your stay, as well as the much-needed couples massage. Hit the tennis court or fitness center at your leisure, or get out on the water with some kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming with the family.

The package is available all summer, May 1–Oct. 31, with rates beginning at  $5,000, including tax. Chocoholics, use the code CHOC2018-MC when booking for a limited-time discount.
